William Hurt underwater (attempting to experience deafness)
Cinematography in Children of a Lesser God (1986) was surprisingly excellent. Besides some dreamlike sequences (I flash-backed to Altered States), there were many intriguing and expressive shots for what should’ve been just a simple dramatic film.
The box art for which, is terrible! On Netflix, I thought it looked like a 70’s European soap opera.
